Hundreds of bees engaged in this deadly game on the heath today. A species of wasp was also waiting on the sidelines to pick off the distracted participants.

Male behaviour
Bull elephants are usually solitary and they fight over females during the breeding season. Younger bulls may form small groups. Males reach sexual maturity during their 15th year, after which they annually enter "musth". This is a period where the testosterone level is high (up to 60 times greater) and they become extremely aggressive. Secretions containing pheromones occur during this period, from the temporal glands on the forehead.

There is an interesting behaviour for Gentoo Penguins have. The adult comes in from the sea with a belly full of food. they then feed a little to their chicks, then they run away forcing the chicks chase the adults. It is a fun behaviour to watch. I noticed that frequently adults wouuld run across one area. I then got my wide angle lens and laid prone on the grouns hoping for a group to run by, to me this photo has the same feel as the behaviour.
