The prominent placement of a beer cooler with the Kirin Brewery Company logo makes me wonder whether this series of images is part of an advertising campaign for Kirin beer.
Fishing partner brings the cooler to hold the catch and maybe a cerveza in the lagoon at Barr de Potosi, Guerrero, Mexico.

Another birthday party! Tonight was an 18th party for a friend's sister - the chap I bought my motorbike from, no less!
It was a lovely traditional house party with loads of people crammed in, and it was a refreshing change from the current vogue of hiring bars and things.
The beer coolers were in the garden, and involved some plastic gorilla tubs and lots of cold water.
I'm told they were highly effective, but I was on coke. Of the cola variety. :)
This is a Groom's cake made to look like a beer cooler. It was four layers. The bottles and ice are made of sugar. The dent in the front was caused by a flying object in the car when we had to brake hard.
I had a really hard time making the soccer goals and am not completely satisfied with the way they turned out but I did my best to make them edible but couldn't. Any suggestions would be helpful! Making the people stand up straight with their hands in the air was challenging but it ended up looking better than I thought.

Terry and I are going to send my camera to space and take pictures of the blackness beyond our atmosphere. This is the vessel in which the camera will travel. It's a $5 beer cooler from Wal Mart. Cut the hole so the lens can see out and started to tape the styrofoam to help add strength to it for the landing....

i started out at around 125F in a small beer cooler. soon after i put the salmon in it went down to about 120. 15 minutes later it was about 115.
the salmon was alaska sockeye frozen from trader joe's, and it worked really well.
