Kidding, of course. It was a problem for a few days, but it seems to be under control. It wasn't a full-on bed bug infestation, so I lucked out (so far). What a laborious ordeal, though; I can't recommend it. [Update: one visit from the pest-control dude, and the bugs vanished. I got super lucky.]
