Beautiful sunrise at Sea Girt..while taking this picture i was thinking where is the Sun and there i saw on my display... pipping out with beautiful light... This one is special for special one.
I took the same composition last year but this one came out better.. shows how my perspective, style and technics has evolved over the months.
Possibly a Bombus (Melanobombus) incertus, but there are others that look very similar apparently...ID help welcome. Puddling with butterflies in Rize, NE Turkey.
How sharp is the 100-400GM on the A9?
That's plenty sharp for me. Cant asked for more. I just love the skin tone - spot on. I should do more shots of beautiful people.

Since acquiring the 100-400GM I was out shooting for 3 hrs on day one and 2.5 hrs on day two. On day three my poor back & shoulder were aching badly. This combo is heavier than my Oly EM1.2/300mmf4/1.4TC. That night I thought of selling off 100-400 become of the weight and lack of detail. Rested at home for two days and off I went to the local bird park today for 3.5 hrs. Am very happy to see the fine feather details appearing on the EVF. The IQ is lovely and now I have to start lifting weights to strengthen my arms and back muscles. The 100-400GM is a keeper! Will pose these fine feather details shots after sharing BIF taken by my friend. This person shoots selfies with iPhone and had a go with BIF with the A9/70-200f4 combo. My jaw dropped when I pped the files. BIF were tag sharp and better than my. Just goes to show that the A9 tracking ability for BIF is so good that one does not need any BIF skills. No kidding and I am dead serious. My hands are not as steady and slower in my reflex.
