...The heart is a bloom
Shoots up through the stony ground
But there's no room
No space to rent in this town
You're out of luck
And the reason that you had to care
The traffic is stuck
And you're not moving anywhere
You thought you'd found a friend
To take you out of this place
Someone you could lend a hand
In return for grace
You're on the road
But you've got no destination
You're in the mud
In the maze of her imagination
You love this town
Even if that doesn't ring true
You've been all over
And it's been all over you
Touch me
Take me to that other place
Teach me
I know I'm not a hopeless case
See the world in green and blue
See China right in front of you
See the canyons broken by clouds
See the tuna fleets clearing the sea out
See the Bedouin fires at night
See the oil fields at first light
See the bird with a leaf in her mouth
After the flood all the colors came out
It was a beautiful day
Don't let it get away
Beautiful day
What you don't have you don't need it now
What you don't know you can feel it somehow
What you don't have you don't need it now
Don't need it now
It was a beautiful day...
I love all flowers, and roses have to be one of the most photogenic, I love their delicate fragance and the way their petals open up into a beautiful flower from a tiny little bud.

a perfect night in Vegas!!
i would have liked a better composition but i was right around my 24th hour since sleeping and feeling too lazy to carry the tripod...so, perched on a concrete post instead!
A sadly beautiful landscape, 17 years after Colorado's largest forest fire (138,114 acres), the Hayman Fire of 2002. The fire was so hot that it essentially sterilized the soil. Only now are there signs of growth. Some areas on the fringes have some tree growth, mainly Aspen Trees.

One week ago I took this photo of my latest Christmas tree ornaments, before I hung them on the tree together with the older ones.
Although I love the old ornaments that I've inherited from my grandparents and received from friends, colleagues and family through the years, I also love buying new ones that I just love.
I first saw these on sale on my recent weekend in Stavanger, but they didn't have as many left as I wanted, and I wondered if I had enough. But I regretted it when I got home, and ordered them online 😉
When it comes to Christmas trees, more is more to me 😊

The beautiful reception area at Chateau Noisy/Miranda - this was my second visit here and i would like to go back one more time. Its current fate is not good and the latest update in 2016 is that the trees are being cleared ready for the demo to start.
