Metabeats was recently invited by film director Adam Bernet to take part in an experimental beat making video.
Part 1 involves Meta being present at the painting of a piece by Madrid based graf artist Gerbos and recording the naturally occurring sounds of the day.
Part 2 will see Meta filmed making a beat from these sounds and that will then be combined with the initial footage to make one special video.
Part 1 was shot in a partially derelict skate park in London, the weather was incredible and the whole crew came through with the creative.
Shouts to Adam, Gerbos, Ben, Dan & Gracie for all the hard work on the day. Looking forward to Part 2

The second in a series, this program for teens at the Glenwood Branch Library featured beats made by the teens with a music software program and freestyling done on an open mic.
Several battle challenges were offered and answered, and a good time was had by all.
This participant was on a roll, and all agreed his rhymes were tight.
