I found this from 2007.
I had no idea about cameras - i just seen something and clicked the shutter button.
All my holiday pics were spoilt as the camera setting showed the date on the pics.
I hate to see that on pics.
We live and learn.
This was taken from the Cliff Bay Hotel looking out to see.

Mid afternoon.All of a sudden these light rays appeared out to sea.I like the horizon as it seems to be curved rather than flat.

From an excursion i had to the beautiful island Senja in Troms Northern-Norway, back in January. I have posted one shot from the same location before, but when i was browsing the archive i found this one with a beautiful green beam of light. I figured that it was good for posting to Flickr. Picture was shot in Steinfjord, Senja, Northern-Norway.
Snow is glistening and filling the atmosphere on this late April 15th, 2021 near Leyden, Colorado. BNSF 6550 is leading a manifest into Arvada,
seen while driving to Ladner yesterday, husband kindly pulled over from his zoom-zooming so I could grab this shot :)
With the Olympics on, I thought that would be an appropriate title:)
The sun was shining after a lot of rain a few days ago when I took this shot, and then on Sunday morning, we woke up to about 6" of snow. That wasn't supposed to happen!

This is a shot that occurred after the previous shot. It was a rather amazing cloud formation. After it hid the moon it quickly grew into a large rain cloud. I took a number of shots and will post a few more, the moon was in the perfect position to make for some pretty dramatic long exposures. Still at Panama City Beach, FL.
An experimental shot that didn't work too well but at the same time didn't turn out too badly. Food for thought for my next Milky Way trip. About as close to a selfie as I'm comfortable with!

Centre Pompidou / Paris
It is the largest and most important museum of modern art in Europe. It is featuring the late 19th-20th century art. with over 50,000 works, including movements from Fauvism, Cubism, Surrealism and Abstract Expressionism.
The escalators are located outside the building, with a nice look over Paris. The building looks very futuristic, with all of its internal facilities – air conditioning, elevators and pipework – on its façade!.
Post processed with LR. Mainly increased contrast and I used dehaze. This led to the enhanced blues not only in the sky.

On the far horizon, the setting sun.
Last beams of golden light search their way through the open window. A murmuring brook flows to the song of the birds outside. Wind gently brushes the cherry trees and carries the scent of flowers inside the quiet room. With a deep sigh he lifts his gaze from his graphic tablet, eying his work in a critical manner. Maybe it was time for a break? He turns towards u10. They've been quietly working side by side. It was a comfortable silence between them, that he rarely felt with others. A smile whisks over his face as he watches him.
A moment passes, before he gets up and disappears into the kitchen, only to return with a red fox cup, filled with fruit vinegar. He takes a seat on the edge of u10's pillow, gently he leaning onto him.
"Here.", he almost whispers, while passing the cup to him.
"Asahi-kun." A genuine smile spreads across u10's lips.
"Thank you.", he says accepting the cup. "We should take a break and stretch."
Asahi chuckles and thoughtfully he taps his chin with his index finger. "How about... would you like to watch a movie?"
"Hai!", u10 replies with a hearty laughter.
