Blue Hour on Uttakleiv-Beach.

On the island of Vestvagoy in the Lofoten archipelago there is a magical place. It's Uttakleiv beach, with white sand and huge rocks on the left side of the beach. In summer, many people stop here to admire the midnight sun, but in May, off season there were only a few people. The atmosphere of the beach and this spectacular scenery make every photographer ephoric here.
I made here my attempts of long exposures, however without using my UGA because I do not yet have obscuring filters for this gear. I'll have to get it for next time.
Sur l'ile de Vestvagoy dans l'archipel des Lofoten il y a un endroit magique. C'est la plage Uttakleiv avec du sable blanc et des énormes rochers du côté gauche de la plage. En été, beaucoup de monde s'arrête ici pour l'admirateur le soleil du minuit, mais maintenant, hors saison, il y avais que quelques personnes. L'ambiance de la plage et cette nature spectaculaire rendent euphorique chaque photographe ici.
J'ai fait ici mes tentatives de pose longue, sans pour autant utiliser mon ultra grand angle, car je n'avais pas encore des filtres obscursissants pour cet objectif. Il faudra s'en procurer pour la prochaine fois.
This is a photo I took back in October at the beach “Fontane Bianche” in Sicily. On such a cold November day it is nice to remember this warm day at the beach with the nice sand and the calm water.
Day 4 of my NC500 road trip found me at Clashnessie Beach. After a short stroll to the falls i returned to the beach for an hour. The early morning sun was glorious!

Well today we are at my favourite beach in Sydney town.
It is only about 35 minutes drive from the city. It is one of Sydney's northern beaches.
And it is another world, so different to the hustle & bustle of Bondi Beach. I prefer Palm Beach to Bondi, though Palm Beach can become very crowded on the weekends.
I especially like Palm Beach because it is a slice of wilderness so close to the heart of Sydney.
You can climb the headland on a forest-fringed trail and then sit on top of the world - and take photos looking back across all of Palm Beach.

These gorgeous beach huts were watching the sunset on the coast of France. We have just cycled from Calais to Amsterdam and this was one of our stops for an outdoor beach dinner. Food tastes better outdoors doesn't it?! (Or maybe it's the all day cycling?).
The beach is always beautiful, doesn't matter wich season. But in summer time, walking trough the soft sand at bare feet has my preference. ;-)
Situate in the heart of Celorio,Llanes.This beach has golden sands ,is very well sheltered from currents.
surrounding area have routes with small caves and The Monastery of San Salvador makes Palomino Beach more interesting giving a touch of mystery to the fabulous panorama .
Sunday's walk along the beach, enjoying the sound of the waves and the blue sky ;-) It took a few hours to get there, but it was worth it ;-))
The sea looks endless far away at the horizon. And also the back and forth movement of the waves is endless. But not my time: after this walk at the beach I wanted my breakfast at the camping. Bloemendaal aan Zee, 2017.
Located between St Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach, North Redington Beach offers sugar white sands, gentle breezes, turquoise blue water and small town charm...

Another image from the surreal beach on Bulls Island, SC. I was doing my best to get a reflection with this gnarly old tree during the 30 sec exposure as the sun was just starting to create some color on the horizon.
Sand Dollar Beach is the largest unbroken stretch of sand along the Big Sur coast. It is protected by the high bluffs behind it. The beach is about 150 ft below the top of the bluffs and is reached by a good trail and impressive staircase. A photo merge of four handheld images.
