Rules:
POP! For this theme, you must choose at least one color to showcase in your photo as a "standout" color. Your photo should be mostly neutral tones (or a black & white photo) with minimal splashes of color. You can use fashion and/or accessories, diorama pieces, or even a backdrop to add the pop of color. How you choose to approach this theme is entirely up to you! Whatever you decide, just make sure that the majority of your photo is neutral tones. Use color sparingly to ensure it pops! Good luck, participants!

It's that time of year where we vote for the ULTIMATE Blonde Bombshell for the year. So exciting! I can't believe this is the fourth year for the BB monthly contests.
