I've always been fascinated by the Parisian fashion of the late '80s and early '90s of the so-called BCBG (Bon chic, bon genre - French for 'Good style, good class') bourgeoisie. Here's one of my Chanel-inspired outfits, I wear in my private apartment at my mansion in Le Chateau.
Samara is a manager at a shop called BCBG Max Azria on Wooster Street in Soho. She was very kind and patient as I tried to get just the right shot. However, as I was walking away and turned around to say goodbye, I saw her just like this and knew that this was the shot I had to take.

Out by the Leduc library. New Ralph Lauren hat, a BCBG frock I got five years ago, and an unknown pair of Italian leather over-the-knee Hot Boots that I got in 2004.
What table doesn't have legs? A multiplication table.

Pattern mixing madness
There was a time when I used to carefully plan my outfits for the week. Now, I scramble nearly every morning with mixed results.
I think this is this pattern mix is a “match made in heaven,” but I understand if others consider it a “match made in hell.” It’s a little crazy, but I liked the way a spur-of-the-moment decision turned out. And, when I’m running late, there’s no time to second-guess myself.
