Wheatpaste - An adhesive made from equal parts flour and water; also the name for a type of street art that relies on it. To put up a wheatpaste, an artist covers an area with the paste, then unfurls a poster, drawing, painting, or photo made off site. After smoothing out the paper’s wrinkles and bubbles, another smear of wheatpaste goes on top. The result is sometimes called a paste-up.

My favourite photo from Awesome Con this weekend. The Smithsonian had a display of costumes from the DC comics Batman series. This costume was worn by Arnold Schwarzenegger as ‘Mr. Freeze’ in the 1997 movie ‘Batman and Robin’.

So originally this was for Kane Narvaez's contest where you had to make a variant of Batman, and I figured it was a good opportunity for ne because I haven't made a variant of Batman for a while, and I couldn't come up with anything, until I discovered this Post-Apocalyptic clone. But unfortunately by the time I finished, Kane had already ended the contest, but I'm still posting this guy because I think he looks good, despite he doesn't have a belt which I felt would have looked better, and the troubles with drawing a Joker face on a transparent red head. I still want to come up with other Batman variants, and I think I came up with a few to do that I have pieces for.

They're such good friends, these little munchkins. They spend every minute of the day together... in the same class at school... have the same interests and dig each other sooo sooo much. They have a dream life together!!

Otherwise known as the Batmobile.
I still think this classic TV show car is the best Batmobile, but it's also the one I saw as a kid (on TV) and had toys of (still do).
This one still looks great! It was a great design, considering it still is cool (and somehow futuristic) nearly 60 years later.
