Just having a bit of fun playing around with a kitchen utensil and an egg. There is something so special about an egg. The shape, volume and texture.

This picture I made around 10 years ago during summer holidays with my family. I walked very early along the lake shore. When I saw this old couple comming out from the water after morning swimming for me it was the perfect imagination of love till death will do part. Leica M6, Summicron 2,0/50mm, Kodak TMax 100, D76 dil. 1:1, scanned with Nikon Supercoolscan 8000 ED.

Looking close...on Friday: Between
I've included Barefoot Venus beauty and bath products in photos before...gorgeous scents in gorgeous packaging. Made in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
i've been collecting bright vintage bathtowels for years, and mix them in with new ones (like some red and red-orange marimekko striped ones). matchy matchy bathrooms are boring! :P
A bright, plant-filled bathroom wraps a classic clawfoot tub in rich green walls and soft window light. Hanging planters and lush leaves spill into the space, giving it a calm, greenhouse feel, while the brass faucet and lace curtain add a vintage, lived-in charm.
The Our Daily Challenge group has chosen Bathroom decor as today's topic.
The Looking close … on Friday group has chosen Different shades of green this week.
in the bathroom, 200 feet from the house (Newman historical farm, Central Saanich, Vancouver Island)
This was taken in Livvy's bedroom where there was some really nice light. I shot this in RAW, processed it in Adobe Bridge, then used USM in photoshop and cloned out the shelf on her wall.

No matter how you celebrate New Year's Eve... ;-)
My dollies and I wish you all the best for 2015!
Portrait of a little story. Portrait of human life.
What is in a portrait ..?
Eyes, eyebrows, mouth, chin. Maybe two ears. The story is a portrait. There is a portrait of life.
