Something really different for me... it was a lot of fun!
My daughters' shih tzus, all related but from different litters, having a bath together. They weren't planning on staying in the tub for long!
This was taken with an ISO of 1600, F 2.8, at 1/60 of a second, so not as sharp as I would have liked. Next time, I will try to get some more natural looking light into the bathroom and also perhaps use a wide angle lens...
why do emma and oni make the cutest, funniest faces ever?

something else i love?

a single file row of ducks going for an early morning dip.
i had a week of work at the end of last month so headed off to the hill's and mountains to get away for a bit.
loaded up the campervan with food and water , dispite the snow and ice , and went on holiday with my dog Max.
started off parked up next to a lake near Beddgelert and spent about 6 or 7 hours a day wandering around Snowdonia ( some shots of that later).all very quite out of tourist season , very relaxing.
headed back over here on the Friday evening to spend the last day of my week off in the Upper Derwent Valley to walk around the full route of the three reservoir's.Ladybower,Howdenand Derwent.
woke up in the morning with a thick layer of ice on the INSIDE of the campervans windscreen , clear blue skys and a mist rising off the partially frozen water.
after a quick cup of coffee we went for a walk along the bank of ladybower before the sun burn off the mist and later walked around all three reservoirs. a much longer walk than i thought !
