Hawksworth designed sleeping car 9084 one of a small batch of four built at Swindon but delivered into the BR era in Feb 1951. Seen at Kidderminster Severn Valley Railway, in GWR Chocolate & Cream livery, but entering service in Carmine & Cream eventually becoming BR Maroon by withdrawal in 1970. These ten berth first class cars originally built for the London Paddington to Milford Haven and Penzance Services.
