Pintxos are a wonderful food in the Basque Country in Spain. This is from a pintxos bar in old town San Sebastian, Spain.
We all started singing, then the bartender put on some Cuban music, and we danced, and some dogs showed up at the door and then went running down the road with baguettes in their mouths, I don't know why....interesting afternoon.
Definitely the best place in Riga to get a skyline view of the city and it's in the aptly named Skyline Bar - 26 floors up in the Reval Hotel.

The temps may have been chilly, but it didn't stop a large crowd of Elites and their +1s to come out to check out Leaf Bar & Lounge (www.yelp.com/biz/leaf-bar-and-lounge-flushing-2), one of Flushing's newest cocktail lounges. Situated on the roof top of the Hyatt in downtown Flushing, Elites also got their fair share of Queens Brewery (www.queensbrewery.com) and Brooklyn Gin (www.brooklyngin.com).

This natural shingle bar has cut off the freshwater lake from the sea. So on one side you have a lovely freshwater lake with all the birdlife and the other the wild Atlantic pounding at the shingle.

A bar on one of the Royal Carribean cruise ships. I went exploring my second day on deck, found the bar empty (because it wasn't supposed to be open yet) and got the chance to shoot some pics. I really liked the lighting and the repetiton of the chairs.

A closer look at the bar as a whole. Damaged gas heaters on perch on the wooden courtyard, while vandals have attempted to remove sections of the zinc roof, perhaps under the impression that it is saleable lead.
