More experimentation with BarryM Nail Effects - Collection 2000 Hot Looks no5 as a base, BarryM Nail Effects in Pink, and 17 Nail Xtras Matte Top Coat.
I liked this effect a lot, but the matte top coat didn't last nearly as long as my favourite Sally Henson top coat.

I recently discovered nail art stamping by Konad - this was my first attempt using BarryM Blueberry I/C as a base and Konad M5 flowers. More practise required but it's better than I thought it would come out as a first go!

Meus craquelados da CG chegaram ontem e eu não dormi até aprender a usá-los.
Vou explicar: Tenho o BarryM e ele é a coisa mais linda e fácil do mundo, passou, craquelou. Esse da CG é mais complicado, tem que dosar melhor o pincel, às vezes não craquela, às vezes craquela em linhas finas verticais e fica estranho (minha opinião), às vezes craquela tão pouco que mal dá para ver o fundo...
Aí li uma dica da Kelly de passar uma camada nem grossa demais e nem tão fina, e fiquei alguns minutos tentando dosar isso direito..
Então eu percebi que quando eles estão novos, estão finos demais (como um esmalte comum), e o meu BarryM é grosso demais.. Deixei o CG aberto um pouco (só um pouco tá gente?), e fui testar de novo.. Com ele mais grosso no pincel, usei uma camada média e craquelou assim... Finalmente consegui gostar dele.
Ah, ontem a Bia percebeu isso e hoje eu tirei a prova, parece que o CG craquela melhor sobre esmaltes CG.
Não sei se gostei da combinação... Não dá para acertar sempre né meu povo? Não curto muito esmaltes dourados e o GR8 é bem pouquinho holográfico...

O Broken é muito parecido com algum rosa da coleção Penélope viu? To com preguiça de ir fuçar lá e pegar o nome... Agora quero usá-lo sobre um lilás *-*

Depois dos neons quis colocar uma cor mais suave, então acabei passando o mint green da barry m. A cor é linda, não é nada parecido com o sereia nem qualquer outro esmalte nacional. É cor de misturinha mesmo, verdinho claro pastel lindo de viver. Encheu de bolinhas por causa do calor, mas nada que um top coat não resolva.

Yes I need to sort my cuticles out!
As a horsey person I need to wear polish all the time to disguise all the dirt under my nails... gross right?
So currently I have been obsessed by Ariana Grande! Her makeup is always so flawless and I thought it was about time I re-created it. I used both my Naked Palette 1 and 3. I began by patting 'strange' from my naked 3 all over my lid to my crease. I then placed 'naked' from naked 1 in my crease. I always find Ariana has a purple tint in her crease so I went back to my naked 3 and placed both 'limit' and 'nooner' in my crease. To deepen the look a little more I added 'buck' from the naked 1 in my outer crease. I then brought 'buck' down under my eye and added a kohl brown eye liner into my waterline. I then created a cat eye by using the kohl brown eye liner and creating a flick. On my lips I decided to go a little pinker than what Ariana normally does by using Barry M lip liner called 'dark pink' and then added Seventeens Matte Lasting lipstick in shade 27. And thats the completed look! Any questions or requests for my next look comment below!

Foi por isso q passei o amarelinho, desde q vi fotos de divulgação com essa combinação fikei louquinha pra fazer tb ;)
Confesso q ainda estou 'aprendendo' a usar esses craquelados, o da BarryM não tem segredo nenhum (só não passar mto) já os da Big são whisk uma hora craquela mto, outra pouco. E eu nunca sei como fazer certo, mas td bem! fikou lindinho msm assim....
É q eu gosto do espaço maior entre o craquelado, mostrando bem o q esta em baixo!
De qq forma adorei td, o efeito, a cor, a combinação, td!!!! não posso esquecer do preço dos craquelados da BU, são maraaa!!!!
OPI Nail Envy as the base coat, two coats of passionfruit, stamping in Blackberry using the Creative Stamper and Plate Flowers-01 from ebay, top coat of Nail Envy to finish.
Nail envy is my fave base coat by a long way. my nails have never been stronger or longer. Please bear in mind not only am I sporty but I also use a wheelchair and make jewellery, both activities are notoriously harsh on your nails.
Passionfruit is a fantastically shiny gelly polish, great summery ornage colour. It doesn't streak and it wears really well but it does take some getting off. I had very orange hands when I first took this one off!
Blackberry Gelly is great for stamping and it picked up really well with no gaps and very few streaks, I think thats down to my technique rather than the polish. Blackberry wears really well and is a strong colour but it does stain your nails and is hard to get off especially with acetone free polish remover.
Nail envy as a topcoat might not be everyones first choice but I personally think it works fantastically and is very tough, it also dries very quickly and is lovely and shiny!
