Originally from Orkney, the Bearded Barista (Lewis MacKenzie) has a portable bicycle-based coffee pop-up, using a custom-made cargo tricycle sourced from Christiania Bikes in Copenhagen. Grab a cup at various places in Edinburgh, including Leith Market.
Barbie is taking her new job as a barista at Barstucks very seriously by adorning her new coffee bean necklace and earrings.

This weeks Macro Mondays theme allowed me to combine my two favourite things, photography and coffee :-))

the hum of the machine. the hiss of steam. he works with quiet focus, hands inked with stories, steady on the lever. light bends around him, soft as a whispered morning. the yellow of his hoodie glows against the shadows, a splash of warmth in the ritual of coffee. i took the shot, a second time—this one lingered like the espresso he handed me, strong and smooth, both of us smiling at the result.
Lisa the Barista stands proudly in front of her new coffee stand that recently opened in Lynn's LEGO City. Ever since it opened, the coffee stand has had a long line of minifigures waiting to get a cup of coffee. I think it's going to be a very successful business :-)
