Juvenile I think

.Patagioenas fasciata

Perfect adult male warbler which has obviously been netted, banded and released. What a beautiful bird! Chapman Mountain Nature Preserve April 2023.

I like how the red dewlap of this Band-tailed Guan is matched by the colour of the Poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherrima) growing wild at the El Dorado Lodge in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, northern Colombia, South America. This bird is also displaying a prominent crest.

I've found that the longer you sit still, things will just start appearing as was the case with this beetle. Perched on a little clover flower it spent some time going over it carefully extracting every last bit of goodness from it. I hope everyone has a blessed day and time to sit, listen and see......

Engineering with a cool paint job.

Most birds are hiding so it's time for insects!

Many thanks to all who comment, fave or just enjoy looking, it really is very much appreciated!

This is a band that had been playing in Bromley High Street at the Bromley Arts Festival. The two gents were guitarists and the lady was the lead singer. She sounded alot like Amy Winehouse.....
