The candle sticks belonged to Wonderful Husband's paternal grandmother. I remember that she kept them on the mantle shelf in her dining room. She lived in Gateshead.

The black bird is a cormorant, but I thought I probably wouldn't find one again when it is time for "C" photos.

The other two birds are immature herring gulls.
