Python regius

Also known as the royal python, they are a non-venomous constrictor. They are called "ball" pythons because they curl into a ball with their head protected in the center. Illegal in Hawaii.

This was taken a few days before he started shedding, hence the shimmer on his skin and the grey eyes.

Luna is a Ball Python, one of my many pets featured on my photostream.

This image is a good depiction of Loki's current length. The case from Reptile Basics is 3 feet long, so he's probably around 2 feet long right now.
