...hinter der nächsten Biegung duschen dann die Trolle ;-)))
Habe euch Bilder mitgebracht von einer kleinen Wanderung durch den Harz.
Heute war ich an der Ilse unterwegs. Sie fließt ganz moderat durch das Städtchen Ilsenburg, dem sie auch den Namen gegeben hat, allerdings weiter oben in den Bergen - da ist sie die wilde Ilse. Der Weg führt über ca 4 km direkt am Wasser entlang und ist sommers wie winters eine sehr zu empfehlende Strecke. Oberhalb der Ilsefälle biegt er dann ab und man erreicht nach einer weiteren Stunde Wegstrecke den Brocken, die höchste Erhebung des Mittelgebirges.

Natures miracles you not only find in an epic sunset ore a sublime landscape. No, there are countless small and unremarkable things that become really fascinating with a closer look. This could be a small moth too, sitting outside of the bathroom window in the morning. This perspective alone was enough to incite me to start the day with a photoshooting.
Die Wunder der Natur findet man nicht nur in epischen Sonnenuntergängen oder grandiosen Lanschaften. Nein, es gibt unzählige kleine unscheinbare Dinge, die bei genauerer Betrachtung wirklich faszinierend sind. Dies kann dann auch mal ein kleiner Falter sein, die morgens draußen am Fenster vom Badezimmer sitzt. Schon allein diese Perspektive war es, die mich dazu animiert hat, den Tag mit einem Fotoshooting zu beginnen.

Lange Schatten und lichte Punkte. Das Jahr 2020.

Maybe a rope to hold on to. A lot of shade this year, for many stinging like needles. A lot has changed for many, is still changing. Maybe there is also a soft base. Just like here. And – where there is shadow, there is also light – so they say. Just like here. A lot is being questioned or reconsidered in order to make it better in the future. So it fits that green is also known as the color of hope ;-)

Again serious thoughts on my part. Although I have implemented this picture very playfully and with a lot of fun ;-) I wish you all that you can also act in a playful way – and have fun doing it :-)))

Vielleicht ein Seil zum Festhalten. Viel Schatten in diesem Jahr, für viele wie Nadeln so stechend. Für viele hat sich viel verändert, verändert sich immer noch. Vielleicht gibt es auch eine weiche Basis dazu. So wie hier. Und – wo Schatten ist, da ist auch Licht – sagt man so. So wie hier. Vieles wird gerade in Frage gestellt oder überdacht, um es in Zukunft besser zu machen. Da passt es doch, dass Grün ja bekanntlich auch noch die Farbe der Hoffnung ist ;-)

Dieses Mal hat das Herumtüfteln für MM, um ein wenig Zauber auf einen ansonsten eher langweiligen, wenn auch ganz hübschen Wasserkran zu kriegen, mal wieder richtig Spaß gemacht.
Es ging mit ein paar wenigen, relativ einfachen Zutaten, nachdem ich den Kran erstmal besonders akribisch auf Hochglanz poliert hatte : eine Kerze in das Waschbecken, ein Stück goldenes, irisierendes Weihnachtsgeschenkpapier zwischen Kerze und Kamera, und dann das gespiegelte Licht, sprich: die Farbreflexe, auf die Frontseite des einen Arms der Armatur gelenkt, auf der der Fokus lag. Ich freu mich, wenn das Ergebnis euch gefällt :)

Again it was fun to play around with light and colour for this week's Bathroom theme. To make a rather boring object like a faucet (i. e. part of it) look a bit more interesting I put a candle into the sink and a piece of iridescent golden Christmas wrapping paper between the candle and the camera so that the colours of the reflected light appeared on the front of one of the arms of the tap cross, which was in focus.

In der Nähe von uns nisten Turmfalken. Einer der ersten Flugversuche führten in geradewegs zu unserem Badezimmer - Fenster. Die Gelegenheit habe ich natürlich genutzt. Es ist zwar keine schöne Umgebung, aber ein wunderschöner Vogel.
Kestrels nest near us. One of the first attempts at flight took the bird straight to our bathroom window. Of course, I took the photo. It's not a pretty environment, but it's a beautiful bird.
