Planned and timed application of epoxy primer (before paint) on deck and cabin.

Engine bedding installed near aft cabin bulkhead. The aft deck beam had old plywood underneath the fiberglass shell that was removed, then replaced with 1-1/2inches of marine ply.

Using Silica Sand and Epoxy to reinforce heel of the rudder.

Epoxy mixed fine silica sand being tamped into place for hull ballast, mega strong hull at this point.

Measuring up for bed, and trying to get an idea for table proportions, so this was just a mockup to get ideas from.

Fitting those beams, and the camber works!

Fitting my laminated beams I had made 2 years ago just before my operation. Finally getting this done.

Spring 2010, The Whaler at the start of the season.

After I have finally got the fiberglass cloth on and epoxied, next phase on this will be epoxy base paint, with 3 part urethane paint- bright blue
