Well, Part of it anyway. A Nuthatch with a Oregon Junco in the backround. Actually I had Chickadees, Nuthatches, Juncos and Finches in that tree all at once.
I took this at the North End of the Golden Gate Bridge,Coming back from Los Angelos. As for the backround ,i put clouds in and lowered the opacity to 25.
CN 401 is approaching McMasterville, Qc as it has just crossed the Richelieu river. Ex-Citirail CN 2794 is on point of this manifest, as it escapes Mont St-Hilaire, which can be seen in the backround.

The red in the backround comes from a Fuchsia shrub. In my garden. La Ceja, Colombia; 2.300 meters above sea level.
Coereba flaveola ( Bananaquit / Silga mielera)
The tiny adult bananaquit ranges from about 10.5 to 11.5 cm in length. It has a dark, slender, curved beak adapted to taking nectar from flowers. While feeding, the Bananaquit must always perch as it cannot hover like a hummingbird.
The Bananaquit inhabits a variety of habitats from scrubland to tropical lowland forest edge, from the Antilles and Mexico south to Paraguay and northern Argentina. Across its broad distribution, however, Bananaquits exhibit considerable geographic variation, with no fewer than 41 recognized subspecies.
With a diet of nectar and fruit, Bananaquits frequent flowering trees and shrubs where they often cling to flowers.

Diese Langzeitbelichtung bei fließendem Gewässer scheinen mir das irgendwie angetan zu haben! 😀
Die Bearbeitung ist diesmal nicht ganz so dolle, auch den Schnitt habe ich anders gesetzt. Ehrlich gesagt finde ich mehr Bearbeitung fast besser. Weil das dann besonders nach surreal aussieht!
Wie auch immer, vorerst wird das das letzte aus der Reihe sein - versprochen! 😉
Ich schnapp mir nun den Piwo, den fertig gepackten Rucksack und schaue mal, was Berlin heute für Motive für uns bereit hält.

One of my more 'successful' Flickr images from 2015 was 'Private', a small cottage/boathouse on the shore of Lochan an Lasgair, Torridon. I took 2 views of this small building dwarfed by the might of Liathach in the backround and as usual, dithered about which was my preference to post. 'Private' won at the time by a short head so here is the previously un-published, slighty wider view.
I absolutely love this photo: the setting sun was behind me and lit up the backround hills of red. I had just a few seconds before cicada escapes, so the sky isn't perfectly exposed. The blue is not visible but you can see its reflection on the cicada's body! The magic of ligh at sunset ♥️
This is Poulnabrone dolmen in county Clare.A 5000 year old burial site where the remains of over thirty people were found.In the backround can be found a very Irish sky.

DSC_0684 El tramo entre mis ''amadas'' Villa La Angostura y la ciudad de Bariloche , en el Norte de la Patagonia Argentina. Paisajes tan diferentes como bellos: la estepa (en esta toma) y los bosques fríos. En Villa La Angostura (Angostura por el angosto -vale la redundancia- itsmo de la Península de Quetrihuè) encontré la quietud de un bello pueblo de montaña, con turistas argentinos y extranjeros. Llegar allí por la bella ruta 40 desde Bariloche, fue una experiencia tan emocionante que la repetí muchas veces.
Bariloche y VLA a orillas del enorme lago Nahuel Huapi y sus 7 brazos , atraen a miles de turistas del mundo entero. Me consta!

After a while I´m using a drone again. The new DJI Mini Pro 3 and I love it so far. Here you see a sunset at the Forggensee in Bavaria. Tiny at the backround on the feet of the mountains there are the famous castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau.
Taken at Looe, Cornwall. A giant seagull perched near me. Edited in Lightroom to get the black backround.

This is the Dikti mountain range. 3rd highest mountain in Crete. 2149m. This is the first snow this year. The snow started at 1200m. The backround is the peak called Spathi!
One from a session I did some years ago now; I'd never used. Applied a simple Nik Collection Color efex pro4 Skylight filter and a 16:9 crop trying to take into account the amount of negative black backround.

Keen to get 'something in the camera', this was my first stopping point last week. Taken from a very popular 'layby' along the A82 near Loch Achtriochtan it looks towards Bidean nam Bian in the backround with an unamed(?) tributary falling down the steep incline towards the River Coe. Looking predominantly towards the sun gave a slightly washed-out blue sky but a lovely golden glow on the mid and foreground vegetation.
