My new hair dresser, Saki, had this intriguing looking thing on her work table. It turned out to be something called a "Harmony Roller" by RELAXUS (Vancouver).

Well, it's a massage ball and just a couple of swipes across the top of my back and I was putty in the salon chair. For sheer pleasure I have to give it a big 15 out of 10!
