Day 1 : I'm have returned from my Banff/Jasper trip. This was taken on the first day where Danny and I were on our own before the workshop started the next day. This is at the end of Spray Trail after the 'Bow Falls', which is really just rapids. Also where I found what I call 'The Army of Darkness' : ie : swarms of mosquitoes attacked me like legions of jet fighters

Beyond your limits is the point of no return. You need to stay in control to stay alive. Therefore, coming back in one piece is the key of a real adventure. 📌
