Hey There! Its been a while... A brief historical background
In 2017 I Graduated from School and entered Russian University of Transport to study metro trains. In my first year jf study I posted some photos here and decided to build a unique moc, that will collect my knowledge and skills in lego and trains (Spoiler: it is an upgraded version of metro train 81-717 "Nomernoy", that I have built earlier. But because of studying I didn’t have enough time and desire to finish the project. All this time I was studying information in various spheres to become a great engineer!
In 2022 I Graduated from university and got a job in “METROWAGONMASH”, a manufacturer of all metro trains in Russia (my dream came true!). There I returned to idea to create a lego metro train? That will fit my increased requirements. But I found out that all my files were gone, there were only several photos of Work In Progress… Also I was very busy at work, so didn’t have time to restore my progress.
In 2023 I got a job in “Metrowagonmash-Service”, a company that maintains all modern Moscow metro trains. Later I met colleagues with similar interests and decided to reenter this hobby with my new moc. 81-717 "Nomernoy", that I didn’t finish in 2018 didn’t fit my demands, so I choose the most modern Russian subway train 81-775.2 “Moskva-2024”. With this model I wanted to share my knowledge and experience in combining Lego with various technologies to achieve impressive results!
Some words about the project: Lego metro train "Moskva -2024"
Project objectives: get from development to implementation of a working prototype, get to know technological processes related to the design and production of rolling stock. The goal of the project was to create a model at the intersection of areas of knowledge: a computer model was created and visualized in 3D and photo editors, documentation was prepared in CAD, design elements were developed and printed on a 3D printer, a motor control system with PWM speed control was implemented on the basis of a microcontroller, software was developed to control the model via Bluetooth.

And I claim this model as the first step in my new era of Lego railway building!
This is my first attempt at a looping motion background. I plan to use this as a 'Welcome Slide.' The splice is actually near the middle of the video. I cut the video in half, and put the second half first. Then I tried to find similar frames in the middle to splice the two halves together. So the last frame of this video, was actually shot just prior to the first.
