It was a muddy and drizzly housewalk night. I have been inside this house at least 6 times. But there were a couple of changes since my last visit. There are now art glass doors separating the back porch from the rest of the house.
The current owners have demolished the old garage and begun a new restoration project for their backyard. They plan to recreate a smaller version of the pergola that used to be there.
Title : “Looking back”
Series : On the road to Ashulia
Size : 20” by 36”
Medium : Mixed media on canvas
Price: currently not for sale
The teasing, taunting and sometimes worse that women have to endure while on the roads is a reality in quite a few cities in our world today. I blame cinema and fear of violence for this increase in harassment.
Say No to crimes against women.
This series is inspired by a visit to Ashulia with a couple of friends. Anil Advani captured some great moments on camera, and has generously allowed me to use these images as references. One year and a lot of work later, these people have developed personalities in my imagination and I feel I know them well.

Crimson-backed Tanagers are basically red birds with dark wings.
Males have a characteristic partly white lower bill, whereas females’ bills are fairly uniform dark. Females are on the whole duller and browner.

A close friend of mine in the LEGO community has recently come to me concerning my absent and my leaving for good. He is as disenchanted as I am, (I am disenchanted with all the changes on Flickr and the communities downturn) (He does not enjoy the root Mocpages has taken and such) so we have together decided to continue our projects with minimum contact with Flickr and Mocpages as a whole and only focus on those true LEGO builders who are both constructive and engaging. Our initiative is Court House Publishing, my old website revamped to hold not only Union but other comics. Our goal is to gather a collective of LEGO comic writers and Brickfilmers and showcase their hard work for all to see, and it contains benefits for both parties. We fund our projects through the sale of our custom LEGO creation that can be access on the store page. We have tons of open room for more comics and are activity looking to recruit people to generate content for the site. If you are interested why not come check us out?
As for me, most of my time will be on the site. I will occasionally post a link to the site highlighting something I believe is note worthy. If you guys truly like my content like you say you do, please stop by periodically and why not favorite the site? Wouldn't hurt. Thanks guys.
