TUCSON, Ariz. – Tucson Sector Border Patrol, Air and Marine Operations (AMO) and Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) jointly rescued migrants during three complex operations within the last six weeks in Arizona’s rugged desert. The first joint rescue occurred on Jan. 8 when a Honduran national was extracted from the bottom of a 400-foot cliff near Three Points. The man was left behind by his traveling partner due to a broken ankle. Border Patrol Search and Trauma (BORSTAR) agents deployed from an AMO helicopter and located the man in a precarious area. Agents were joined by AZDPS paramedics who helped stabilize the man for transport to a local hospital via an AZDPS helicopter. The second rescue occurred Feb. 19 when Sonoita Station Border Patrol agents responded to a report of suspected illegal border crossers and found an unconscious man with severe head trauma caused by a fall. Field agents rendered emergency medical treatment to stabilize and keep him alive until BORSTAR agents arrived on scene.

This young lady is Britnee Bristow, a young woman who was taken advantage of by DPS' Propoganda Machine. While overseas in Australia (where all this crap seems to be coming from), she was representing the USA as an athlete in an international softball challenge. Upon returning home, she was arrested by DPS as she stepped off the plane at Sky Harbor Airport. As can be imagined, her side of the story is much different than that of the DPS who was trying to make a case for photo enforcement at the time. See an article about her at www.thenewspaper.com/news/24/2489.asp
Britnee signed our petition today, and we're glad to have her aboard!

Sadly this beautiful aircraft crashed and was destroyed this afternoon after a mid air collision. Thankfully the pilot parachuted to safety. The other aircraft was a Douglas Skyraider (F-AZDP) which landed safely minus a chunk of wing!

Imperial War Museum Duxford can confirm that the flying incident at Flying Legends air show was a mid-air collision between North American P-51D Mustang (D-FBBD) and Douglas AD-4NA Skyraider (F-AZDP).
The incident took place over agricultural land to the south west of the airfield just after 5.00pm, at the end of the flying display.
The Skyraider suffered damage to its starboard wing, though was able to land safely. The pilot was unharmed.
The pilot of the Mustang Rob Davis baled out of the damaged aircraft and parachuted to safety, suffering minor injuries. The aircraft came down in a field away from buildings or property.
There was an immediate response by the onsite emergency services in accordance with Imperial War Museum Duxford’s event safety plan, co-ordinated by Cambridgeshire Constabulary, who were already present at the air show as is normal practice.
Members of the public were not involved in the incident.
The Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) has today begun its formal enquiry into the incident and the Imperial War Museum is complying fully with the requirements of the AAIB’s investigation team.
Imperial War Museum Duxford is aware that the AAIB’s investigation can take some time and there will therefore be an immediate internal review to determine if any changes to flying procedures are required.
