You're simply the best, better than all the rest

Better than anyone, anyone I've ever met

I'm stuck on your heart, I hang on every word you say

Tear us apart no, no, baby, I would rather be dead

Chances are 'cause I wear a silly grin

The moment you come into view,

Chances are you think that I'm in love with you.

Just because my composure sort of slips

The moment that your lips meet mine,

Chances are you think my heart's your Valentine.

Silbury Hill is the largest man-made prehistoric mound in Europe, maybe the world. It is one of the most intriguing sites in the prehistoric landscape of the Avebury World Heritage Site. It was constructed in about 2,400BC, but we do not know its purpose or meaning.

Silbury Hill is a Scheduled Ancient Monument of international significance, and is also designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, as an important area of rich chalk grassland.

In a lifetime Clannad - ft Bono

Hard to tell

Or recognize a sign

To see me through

A warning sign

First the thunder Satisfied

Then the storm If the past, it will not lie

Torn asunder The future, you and I

In the storm Get blown away

In a lifetime

In a lifetime

And as the rain, it falls Begin again

Heavy in my heart As the storm breaks through

Believe the light So the light shines

In you In you

Without color, faded and worn

Torn asunder in the storm Torn asunder in the storm

Unless the sound

Save your body's soul

Unless it disappears

First the thunder Selfish storm

Then the storm Cold on the inside

Torn asunder One life

In the storm In the storm

perched on coneflower

On first glance this looks like a two headed doe.

The stargazer has added a new layer to the already rich legacy of lilies, which have been a significant floral symbol for centuries. In ancient mythology and in folklore from around the world, the lily has appeared as a deeply spiritual and philosophical metaphor. Developed in the latter part of the 20th century, the stargazer lily is a recent addition to the lily family, but this unique and rather exotic hybrid has rapidly risen in popularity to become one of the most adored and sought-after of all lily varieties.

snow bunting its the first time that I have got near to these lovely little birds

Why do you build me up Buttercup, baby

Just to let me down and mess me around

And then worst of all you never call, baby

When you say you will but I love you still

I need you more than anyone, darlin'

You know that I have from the start

So build me up Buttercup, don't break my heart

I had barely gotten out of my car, at the hatchery yesterday, when I saw all these birds, flying around the trees in the parking lot. There was quite mixture, too! Cedar Waxwings, Goldfinch, kinglets and warblers, Yellow-belleied sap sucker, Red-Headed woodpecker, Mockingbirds, Bluebirds, and others...one I saw was a Robin sized blackbird, but I never saw what it was. Since it was cold, I didn't stay that long. The sun is suppose to be shining bright today, but I doubt I'll get a chance to shoot anything, as we're doing family pictures today and last minute shopping!

You may have seen this dahlia before, but if you have time view large to catch the background...a chance shot of my blue-eyed baby...."The Bat"
