Awesome capture, taken by Danny on Sunday of Tommy, the statue by Ray Lonsdale, near the war memorial in Seaham.

Tommy was only meant to be temporarily displayed, but in 2014, residents of Seaham put together the £102,000 to buy the statue, where it now remains permanently.

I see so many photos of ‘Tommy’ online, but I have to say this is the best take I have seen on it. The girl bowing her head seems to be mirroring the pose of Tommy. Therefore I have renamed it ‘bow of silence’ 😀

The photo was selected for publication in the local Northern echo today, cos it’s reet canny! 😂

I like the clouds reflection. They looks so beautiful to my eyes. My personal fave :)))

I made it home just in time to capture this absolutley Awesome capture.

I call this shot, "Sunset on Fire".

The red colors looks as if the fire is burning, with dark smoke rising. I am very happy with this image, Another classic Wild West Sunset, !! Yeeeeee Haw.!!!!!

Wandering around in the forest of Ter Apel

While outside in the backyard picking the Chilli Petine peppers off out bush, before the birds eat them all. I noticed the small white chilli petine flower. With my camera at the ready, this image was born. I love the way this awesome capture came out. It is truely amazing how something so simple and small can be so beautiful Some folk's like to pick them when are still green, but I like them when are red.

As I was in the front yard one day I noticed something move, when I looked closer I saw this Anole Lizard hanging on a vine. It was very still pretending to be part of the vine, I got closer to take some images and all of a sudden it jumped into the bushes for cover, but was still able to squeeze out this awesome capture. Sorry for not being so active on flickr my friends, have been busy visiting the islands of Croatia and finally got back to Zagreb for a couple of days before we go to other places to visit. Another Extraordinary sunset I found in my external hard drive archive, Taken last fall in October. So amazing how the clouds take on different shapes and form. Looks as if "The Sky is on Fire" and flaming out of control, I remember that day well, it was very hot .!!!

Black Paws...

As much as i love my close encounters with this amazing Vixen, Sometimes even she pushes her own boundaries for a wild animal and is within two feet of me sitting down in the long grass. So close i find myself having to move back away from her to get a picture of her...

I will never tire of meeting her, Just awesome!

Captured on the Aberdeenshire Coastline whilst sitting out after work more in hope than expectation.

Taken with my Nikon DSLR and Sigma 150-600 C Contemporary lens including 1.4x Converter.
