Improv Awareness Show

I had the opportunity to spend time in the meditation room at the UCSF Medical Center the other day. There were a few observations I’d like to share:
There were five different spiritual books there for the comfort and guidance of adherents. They all rested on the shelf together.
When I read through the Prayer Request book the prayers people wrote were very simple and direct conversations with the Creator. Although the theme of asking for love and healing of a loved one was the obvious thing people wrote, it overwhelmed and informed me that praising and thanking the Creator for all goodness was almost half of what people wrote.
As shown in one of these photos, prayers are written in all languages. (If anyone objects to me sharing this photo please let me know and I will remove it.)
