The aircraft was built in 2006 and carried the test reg. F-WWAL. It was delivered as JA02GX to Galaxy Airlines on 29-11-2006. It was withdrawn from use in September 2008 and re-registered to N140MN in January 2010.
TMA Cargo took delivery of the aircraft on 4-4-2010 and later re-registered it to OD-TMA on 15-6-2010. After TMA Cargo ceased operations it was placed back into storage as N140MN in September 2014.
European Air Transport (EAT Leipzig) took delivery of the aircraft as D-AZMO on 24-4-2015.
As of February 2024 the aircraft is in storage.
