As autonomy becomes more trusted, as it becomes more capable, then the Airmen can start off-loading more decision-making capability on the autonomy, and autonomy can exercise increasingly important levels of decision making increasing our capability to control the battlefield.

The robot is able to walk without a gantry and has an ankle motor that its predecessor, MARLO, lacked. The ankle motor allows for the bipedal robot to adjust more accurately to the shape and form of human movement.

Fiume gained autonomy for the first time in 1719 when it was proclaimed a free port of the Holy Roman Empire in a decree issued by the Emperor Charles VI. In 1776, during the reign of the Empress Maria Theresa, the city was transferred to the Kingdom of Hungary and in 1779 gained the status of Corpus separatum within that Kingdom. The city briefly lost its autonomy in 1848 after being occupied by the Croatian ban (viceroy) Josip Jelačić, but regained it in 1868 when it rejoined the Kingdom of Hungary, again as a corpus separatum. Until 1924, Fiume existed for practical purposes as an autonomous entity with elements of statehood.[citation needed]
In the 19th century, the city was populated by Croats, Italians, Hungarians, and other ethnicities. National affiliations changed from census to census, as at that time "nationality" was defined mostly by the language a person spoke. The special status of the city, being placed between different states, created a local identity among the majority of the population. The official languages in use were Italian, Hungarian, and German; most business correspondence was carried out in Italian, while most families spoke a local dialect, a blend of Venetian with a few words of Croatian. In the countryside outside the city, the Croatian Chakavian dialect was spoken.

The exhibition’s final act, Witch, focuses on a Britain spanning 2008’s financial crash until the present day, and celebrates the emergence of a younger generation and their hyper-connected community – a global coven readily embracing a dynamic grounded in integration and equality. Linder’s The Goddess Who has Sky as Hair (2019) and Zadie Xa’s Three Thousand and Thirty High Priestess of Pluto (2016) forgo the patriarchal occult and druidism of old, in favour of a new sorcery rooted in ecology and bodily autonomy.
Among the works on display are newly commissioned works from Somerset House Studios artists Tyreis Holder and Col Self, as well as a new commission from Linda Stupart & Carl Gent. The act’s final scene features a striking presentation of Turner Prize winning-artist Tai Shani’s The Neon Hieroglyph (2021), inspired by the incredible true story of the Maiara, flying witches commemorated on the remote Italian island of Alicudi. The sculpture, seen for the first time in the UK, can be seen alongside an audio installation by Gazelle Twin specially commissioned for The Horror Show!.

The Horror Show! A Twisted Tale of Modern Britain

Somerset House presents The Horror Show!: A Twisted Tale of Modern Britain, a major exhibition exploring how ideas rooted in horror have informed the last 50 years of creative rebellion. The show looks beyond horror as a genre, instead taking it as a reaction and provocation to our most troubling times. The last five decades of modern British history are recast as a story of cultural shapeshifting told through some of our country’s most provocative artists. The Horror Show! offers a heady ride through the disruption of 1970s punk to the revolutionary potential of modern witchcraft, showing how the anarchic alchemy of horror – its subversion, transgression and the supernatural – can make sense of the world around us. Horror not only allows us to voice our fears; it gives us the tools to stare them down and imagine a radically different future.
Featuring over 200 artworks and culturally significant objects, this landmark show tells a story of the turbulence, unease and creative revolution at the heart of the British cultural psyche in three acts – Monster, Ghost and Witch. Each act interprets a specific era through the lens of a classic horror archetype, in a series of thematically linked contemporaneous and new works:
Each of the exhibition’s acts opens with ‘constellations’ of talismanic objects. These cabinets of curiosities speak to significant cultural shifts and anxieties in each era, while invoking a haunting from the counter-cultural voices in recent British history. Alongside these introductory artworks and ephemera is an atmospheric soundtrack, conjuring the spirit of the time with music from Bauhaus, Barry Adamson and Mica Levi.
Monster, Ghost and Witch culminate in immersive installations, combining newly commissioned work, large-scale sculpture, fashion and sound installation, with each chapter signed off with a neon text-work by Tim Etchells. The Horror Show! offers an intoxicating deep-dive into the counter-cultural, mystic and uncanny, with the signature design of the three acts courtesy of architects Sam Jacob Studio and Grammy-winning creative studio Barnbrook.

Autonomy etalk’s new corporate headquarters focuses on creating an exciting, hip, and fun space that highlights their software-based products and corporate culture. Special Attention was paid to the lobby and show center to illustrate etalk’s “Meaning Based Computing” system. In the lobby and boardroom, customers enjoy open views to the Dallas Cultural District below. The views are only interrupted by a large fish tank dividing the lobby from the boardroom. Large scale artwork adds dramatic colors to the space and provides an extra touch of fun. To balance these bright colors, a natural color palette was chosen, and texture and materials were carefully selected to create an elegant space, as evidenced by the stone flooring and wool carpeting.
Change management was a critical step in achieving success on this project. The existing employee workstations required a large footprint and included high, enclosed panels. The solution for the new space was to use a 120-degree furniture system with low panels to provide a more efficient real estate solution.
Fun and multifunctional spaces were used throughout to give employees and managers places to explore and collaborate on the next generation of new ideas. For example, a new breakroom/dining/meeting space was designed to include the opportunity for friendly Xbox competitions among employees. Autonomy etalk has found that these community spaces are bringing people together and boosting productivity.

Made in collaboration with Japanese pianist and composer Momoko Noguchi, Autonomic Resonance is the first work to come out of a research thread investigating the dynamics between consciousness and the sensing body within performance. Custom electrodermal response sensors measuring certain involuntary responses of the autonomic nervous system are used to create an additional presence, or "third musician". The performance is an experiment in the antisympathies and resonances that occur when two performers are able to consciously react to their own and each other's non-conscious selves.

Rally June 24 demanding abortion rights, trans rights, and bodily autonomy for all by opposing the anti-abortion “march for life” on the one-year anniversary of the Dobbs decision.
The rally and speakout started at Franklin Square (200 N. 6th St) and then marched to defend patients accessing health care at a nearby abortion provider under threat of anti-abortion fascists.
In the current legislative session, anti-trans and anti-LGBTQ+ bills have been proposed or are advancing in nearly every state. These bills contain measures from bans on gender affirming care to censorship laws prohibiting discussions in schools about LGBTQ+ people. On June 6, the Human Rights Campaign declared a national state of emergency for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Since the Dobbs decision one year ago, fourteen states have implemented complete abortion bans, and several other states have attempted or are still attempting to implement bans. The criminalization of abortion and gender affirming care are attacks on our bodily autonomy and our ability to access necessary health care.
We MUST fight back against these attacks on human rights and the complacency that allows them to continue and escalate.

Artist working with sound, sensing technologies, and performance. Jonathan uses the construction of instruments and performance technologies as a fundamental element of his work.
In 2009 he received a Fulbright fellowship to conduct research on computationally-mediated live music at the Studio for Electro-Instrumental Music (STEIM) in Amsterdam.
He obtained his MA at the ArtScience Interfaculty in the Hague.
Momoko Noguchi
Multidisciplinary artist who works on composition, performance, piano improvisation and audio-visual installation. Her work exhibits a fascination with cognitive science, synaesthesia, numerology and philosophy. Some of her past works include systems based on concepts such as π progression, the Platonic Solids, and Kepler’s planetary motion.
She started to play the piano at the age of 4, cembalo at the age of 10, harmony and composition at the age of 13. After studied composition in Japan and France, she obtained her master’s degree from ArtScience interfaculty inRoyal conservatory / Royal academy of Art in the hague.

The Watcher is designed to be unmanned autonomous, line of sight remote control and optionally manned. She has 30 days autonomy, anti tampering sensors, has a full perception suite for detecting intruders and can interdict intruders while videoing them to DVD, demanding boat registration and operator information. She can launch and recover, by land, sea or air.

Kahlo made this self-portrait in the wake of her divorce from Diego Rivera, which was finalized in November 1939. Although they would remarry just a year later, this image displays a newfound autonomy. Instead of her usual Tehuana dress, Kahlo sports an oversized man's suit and a short haircut. Locks of hair fill the scene, as if in a dream. Kahlo holds a severed braid in her lap, while another has fallen beside her chair. At the top of the painting, lyrics from a popular song read: Look. if I loved you it was because of your hair. Now that you are without hair, I don't love you anymore.

Profit from their International Exhibit Sales helps fund their Humanitarian R&D and the transformation of the 36,000 sq. ft. complex, surrounded by 10 acres in North Dakota, into a World-Class “Interactive, Robotics, Technology, Invention, Art & Nature Center”.

1- Our 7,000 sq. ft. Exhibit Hall will feature; our standard line of interactive robotic & technology exhibits that we sell to Centers world-wide and our exclusive collection of robotic exhibits & devices that we will not sell to anyone else. Our talking Rail Robot Guide will lead visitors through the exhibit hall. Interact with our innovative, lifelike, futuristic, Robotic creations. Examples; Play with & feed Artificial Life forms in a Robot Zoo! Challenge robots with your human intelligence! Interact with otherworldly artistic, interactive, robotic sculptures! It will also feature Responsible Technologies.
2- Our Art Galleries will display the hundreds of pieces of family friendly, original 2D, 3D and Interactive Art that our team has already created, plus have revolving Family Oriented Local Artists Exhibitions.
3- The surrounding 10 acres is slowly being transformed into an Outdoor Interactive Art & Nature Area that will be filled with paths, trees, gardens and kinetic & interactive, solar & wind, technological art sculptures. The emphasis is edible, medicinal & organic landscapes that promote sustainability & health. As of 2015 over 3,000 edible and medicinal trees and shrubs have been planted.
4- We will provide “Special Tours” of behind the scenes areas. Examples are; (a) our Humanitarian & Environmental Research & Development Think Tank Invention labs that feature our R & D Projects. (b) the actual workshops where the attractions are created (similar to visiting the workshops & creations of Jim Henson’s creature shop). (c) a behind the scenes view of the production studio for the web series we are creating called the “Mysterious Lab of Robotics” (our robotic version of “Bill Nye the Science Guy” or “Beakman’s World”). (d) a chance to meet MRISAR’s internationally renowned robotics R & D team. A four member family team who since 2000 has designed, fabricated & marketed the earth’s largest selection of world-class robotic exhibits. The 2 youngest members joined the team as preschoolers.
5- “Public Enrichment Events”. Examples are; (a) special overnight events called “A Night with the Robots” (available no-where else in the world). Families can make reservations to spend the night on the center floor in sleeping bags or cots and experience special robotic demonstrations in a futuristic atmosphere. In recent years “A Night at the Museum” events have become very popular and highly accepted. (b) special classes on robotics for the general public. (c) Robotics Competitions. We are already providing technical assistance to teachers and academic establishments (both in the state and outside of the country), that are trying to enter robotic competitions, but lack the knowledge to fully instruct and inspire their students. A natural progression for this, once we are open for tourism, would be to offer to hold regional, national and international competitions at our location. (d) International conferences regarding Robotics and Beneficial R & D Conferences. (e) Collaborations, enrichment classes and internships in enhanced technologies with higher academic establishments; combining elements such as Cybernetics, Bionics, Mechatronics, Autonomics, Animatronics & Teleoperation.
6- Admission will be free to the underprivileged. We hope to inspire the upcoming generation to create careers in responsible technologies that improve the quality of life.

Accomplishing the prototype environment alone requires research & development of new technologies & improvement of existing technologies.

The Curator Lifting Running Competition

Nikolaj, Copenhagen Contemporary Art Center, proudly presents the world premiere of Colonel’s film the curator lifting running competition.
Danish/French artist Colonel’s video from the Venice Biennale 2003 will be shown at Nikolaj’s Cinema. It presents the staging of a competition in which artists raced each other while carrying a curator on their backs. The prize was an admission ticket to the most prestigious party of the Biennale. During a major art event as the Venice Biennale, both artists and curators are subject to hidden rules and mechanisms which must be adhered to in order to obtain a good position in the hierarchy of the art world. With his energetic and humorous video Colonel focusses on these mechanisms and unveils a lobbyistic game which is not merely about creating exhibitions but also about preserving certain privileges.
On the plane:
It begins on the plane from Denmark where the art industry clique has booked the same flight. Colonel hands out flyers, already well underway with his campaign to recruit contestants for the competition.
New film concept:
Colonel uses people who simply happen to be there to film the situations which arise. In so doing they become both witnesses to and participants in the processes of uncovering the hidden mechanisms of the cultural event.
The press:
In Venice Colonel intensifies his endeavours and now involves the journalists so that they may help him spread the word about the upcoming event.
Participants for the competition:
In Venice Colonel goes on to invite artists as well as curators to be a part of the great race.
The party:
Colonel chases invitations to the most coveted parties in order to use them as the first prize of the curator lifting running competition.
The competititon:
During the competition the artist both symbolically and literally becomes the curator’s arms and legs.

If the idea of the large international survey has always been conceived as a whole concept to be fragmented into the visions of the individuals artists, "Dreams and Conflicts" wants art from the autonomy of the different projects to seek in this complexity of ideas the unity that defines the language of contemporary art today.
In the contemporary society the viewers with their presence and absence controls the success of every exhibition and cultural enterprise; in "Dreams and Conflicts" they appear as one of the subjects that contribute to define the structure of the show, the artist, the curator, the viewer.
Along with the artist, the beholder is one of the poles that connecting produce the spark that activate the art work successfully in the social and cultural context.
The dream and the conflict, the total world opposed to its political and geographical fragmentation, the national aspirations in contrast with the international achievements are all elements that will contribute to the making of the Visual Arts Biennale.
"Dreams and Conflicts" will be an exhibition focused at the same time on art as a personal tool of a personal experience and conviviality. A show through which is possible to have access to the complexity of a world made by groups of individuals defined by multiple and diverse necessities. An exhibition constructed with multiple projects to test the strength of that ideal community where the creative process of the contemporary artist is active. Dreams and Conflicts will not be a show about political art but a reflection on the politics of art. The experience of the viewer facing the unique vision of the artist. Two contemporary subjects divided simply by a different gaze.

The first ever collegiate competition brought five teams together to test the designs and overall effectiveness of their robotic exoskeletons.

Portuguese traders first settled in Macau in the 16th century and subsequently administered the region until the handover on 20 December 1999. 1- Our 7,000 sq. ft. Exhibit Hall will feature; our standard line of interactive robotic & technology exhibits that we sell to Centers world-wide and our exclusive collection of robotic exhibits & devices that we will not sell to anyone else. Our talking Rail Robot Guide will lead visitors through the exhibit hall. Interact with our innovative, lifelike, futuristic, Robotic creations. Examples; Play with & feed Artificial Life forms in a Robot Zoo! Challenge robots with your human intelligence! Interact with otherworldly artistic, interactive, robotic sculptures! It will also feature Responsible Technologies.
2- Our Art Galleries will display the hundreds of pieces of family friendly, original 2D, 3D and Interactive Art that our team has already created, plus have revolving Family Oriented Local Artists Exhibitions.
3- The surrounding 10 acres is slowly being transformed into an Outdoor Interactive Art & Nature Area that will be filled with paths, trees, gardens and kinetic & interactive, solar & wind, technological art sculptures. The emphasis is edible, medicinal & organic landscapes that promote sustainability & health. As of 2015 over 3,000 edible and medicinal trees and shrubs have been planted.
4- We will provide “Special Tours” of behind the scenes areas. Examples are; (a) our Humanitarian & Environmental Research & Development Think Tank Invention labs that feature our R & D Projects. (b) the actual workshops where the attractions are created (similar to visiting the workshops & creations of Jim Henson’s creature shop). (c) a behind the scenes view of the production studio for the web series we are creating called the “Mysterious Lab of Robotics” (our robotic version of “Bill Nye the Science Guy” or “Beakman’s World”). (d) a chance to meet MRISAR’s internationally renowned robotics R & D team. A four member family team who since 2000 has designed, fabricated & marketed the earth’s largest selection of world-class robotic exhibits. The 2 youngest members joined the team as preschoolers.
5- “Public Enrichment Events”. Examples are; (a) special overnight events called “A Night with the Robots” (available no-where else in the world). Families can make reservations to spend the night on the center floor in sleeping bags or cots and experience special robotic demonstrations in a futuristic atmosphere. In recent years “A Night at the Museum” events have become very popular and highly accepted. (b) special classes on robotics for the general public. (c) Robotics Competitions. We are already providing technical assistance to teachers and academic establishments (both in the state and outside of the country), that are trying to enter robotic competitions, but lack the knowledge to fully instruct and inspire their students. A natural progression for this, once we are open for tourism, would be to offer to hold regional, national and international competitions at our location. (d) International conferences regarding Robotics and Beneficial R & D Conferences. (e) Collaborations, enrichment classes and internships in enhanced technologies with higher academic establishments; combining elements such as Cybernetics, Bionics, Mechatronics, Autonomics, Animatronics & Teleoperation.
6- Admission will be free to the underprivileged. We hope to inspire the upcoming generation to create careers in responsible technologies that improve the quality of life.

The exhibition’s final act, Witch, focuses on a Britain spanning 2008’s financial crash until the present day, and celebrates the emergence of a younger generation and their hyper-connected community – a global coven readily embracing a dynamic grounded in integration and equality. Linder’s The Goddess Who has Sky as Hair (2019) and Zadie Xa’s Three Thousand and Thirty High Priestess of Pluto (2016) forgo the patriarchal occult and druidism of old, in favour of a new sorcery rooted in ecology and bodily autonomy.
Among the works on display are newly commissioned works from Somerset House Studios artists Tyreis Holder and Col Self, as well as a new commission from Linda Stupart & Carl Gent. The act’s final scene features a striking presentation of Turner Prize winning-artist Tai Shani’s The Neon Hieroglyph (2021), inspired by the incredible true story of the Maiara, flying witches commemorated on the remote Italian island of Alicudi. The sculpture, seen for the first time in the UK, can be seen alongside an audio installation by Gazelle Twin specially commissioned for The Horror Show!.

The Horror Show! A Twisted Tale of Modern Britain

Somerset House presents The Horror Show!: A Twisted Tale of Modern Britain, a major exhibition exploring how ideas rooted in horror have informed the last 50 years of creative rebellion. The show looks beyond horror as a genre, instead taking it as a reaction and provocation to our most troubling times. The last five decades of modern British history are recast as a story of cultural shapeshifting told through some of our country’s most provocative artists. The Horror Show! offers a heady ride through the disruption of 1970s punk to the revolutionary potential of modern witchcraft, showing how the anarchic alchemy of horror – its subversion, transgression and the supernatural – can make sense of the world around us. Horror not only allows us to voice our fears; it gives us the tools to stare them down and imagine a radically different future.
Featuring over 200 artworks and culturally significant objects, this landmark show tells a story of the turbulence, unease and creative revolution at the heart of the British cultural psyche in three acts – Monster, Ghost and Witch. Each act interprets a specific era through the lens of a classic horror archetype, in a series of thematically linked contemporaneous and new works:
Each of the exhibition’s acts opens with ‘constellations’ of talismanic objects. These cabinets of curiosities speak to significant cultural shifts and anxieties in each era, while invoking a haunting from the counter-cultural voices in recent British history. Alongside these introductory artworks and ephemera is an atmospheric soundtrack, conjuring the spirit of the time with music from Bauhaus, Barry Adamson and Mica Levi.
Monster, Ghost and Witch culminate in immersive installations, combining newly commissioned work, large-scale sculpture, fashion and sound installation, with each chapter signed off with a neon text-work by Tim Etchells. The Horror Show! offers an intoxicating deep-dive into the counter-cultural, mystic and uncanny, with the signature design of the three acts courtesy of architects Sam Jacob Studio and Grammy-winning creative studio Barnbrook.

Blink is a two-way communications device that adds a human touch to this interaction with non-human drivers through a new language that communicates vehicle intent and promotes pedestrian influence on its decisions.

The Watcher will drift at close to the rate of current , wave and wind affects. She will drift for approx. 1-1.5 hours, then fire up the engine and drive to the top of the restricted zone. Typically she will make contact to the home base and provide a report of conditions including her weather station. She is regularly tasked with a particular search pattern within the zone.

The high radar arch of the Watcher is designed to be high enough for a longer range with radar. It is also foldable for rapid shipping deployment or C-130 cargo bays. All antennas require correct distancing to avoid electronic interference and a strong signal.

Ponad 5000 Górnoślązaków, zwolenników autonomii regionalnej przemaszerowało 14 lipca 2012 roku ulicami Katowic. Z każdym rokiem to patriotyczne święto przyciąga coraz większą liczbę uczestników.
Over 5000 Upper Silesians and supporters of the idea of regional autonomy marched on the 14th of July 2012 through the streets of Katowice. The regional festival of patriotism is attracting more and more people with each year.

Featuring over 200 artworks and culturally significant objects, this landmark show tells a story of the turbulence, unease and creative revolution at the heart of the British cultural psyche in three acts – Monster, Ghost and Witch. Each act interprets a specific era through the lens of a classic horror archetype, in a series of thematically linked contemporaneous and new works:
Each of the exhibition’s acts opens with ‘constellations’ of talismanic objects. These cabinets of curiosities speak to significant cultural shifts and anxieties in each era, while invoking a haunting from the counter-cultural voices in recent British history. Alongside these introductory artworks and ephemera is an atmospheric soundtrack, conjuring the spirit of the time with music from Bauhaus, Barry Adamson and Mica Levi.
Monster, Ghost and Witch culminate in immersive installations, combining newly commissioned work, large-scale sculpture, fashion and sound installation, with each chapter signed off with a neon text-work by Tim Etchells. The Horror Show! offers an intoxicating deep-dive into the counter-cultural, mystic and uncanny, with the signature design of the three acts courtesy of architects Sam Jacob Studio and Grammy-winning creative studio Barnbrook.

Macau participates in many international organizations and events that do not require members to possess national sovereignty. According to the CIA factbook, Macau has the highest life expectancy in the world.

1- Our 7,000 sq. ft. Exhibit Hall will feature; our standard line of interactive robotic & technology exhibits that we sell to Centers world-wide and our exclusive collection of robotic exhibits & devices that we will not sell to anyone else. Our talking Rail Robot Guide will lead visitors through the exhibit hall. Interact with our innovative, lifelike, futuristic, Robotic creations. Examples; Play with & feed Artificial Life forms in a Robot Zoo! Challenge robots with your human intelligence! Interact with otherworldly artistic, interactive, robotic sculptures! It will also feature Responsible Technologies.
2- Our Art Galleries will display the hundreds of pieces of family friendly, original 2D, 3D and Interactive Art that our team has already created, plus have revolving Family Oriented Local Artists Exhibitions.
3- The surrounding 10 acres is slowly being transformed into an Outdoor Interactive Art & Nature Area that will be filled with paths, trees, gardens and kinetic & interactive, solar & wind, technological art sculptures. The emphasis is edible, medicinal & organic landscapes that promote sustainability & health. As of 2015 over 3,000 edible and medicinal trees and shrubs have been planted.
4- We will provide “Special Tours” of behind the scenes areas. Examples are; (a) our Humanitarian & Environmental Research & Development Think Tank Invention labs that feature our R & D Projects. (b) the actual workshops where the attractions are created (similar to visiting the workshops & creations of Jim Henson’s creature shop). (c) a behind the scenes view of the production studio for the web series we are creating called the “Mysterious Lab of Robotics” (our robotic version of “Bill Nye the Science Guy” or “Beakman’s World”). (d) a chance to meet MRISAR’s internationally renowned robotics R & D team. A four member family team who since 2000 has designed, fabricated & marketed the earth’s largest selection of world-class robotic exhibits. The 2 youngest members joined the team as preschoolers.
5- “Public Enrichment Events”. Examples are; (a) special overnight events called “A Night with the Robots” (available no-where else in the world). Families can make reservations to spend the night on the center floor in sleeping bags or cots and experience special robotic demonstrations in a futuristic atmosphere. In recent years “A Night at the Museum” events have become very popular and highly accepted. (b) special classes on robotics for the general public. (c) Robotics Competitions. We are already providing technical assistance to teachers and academic establishments (both in the state and outside of the country), that are trying to enter robotic competitions, but lack the knowledge to fully instruct and inspire their students. A natural progression for this, once we are open for tourism, would be to offer to hold regional, national and international competitions at our location. (d) International conferences regarding Robotics and Beneficial R & D Conferences. (e) Collaborations, enrichment classes and internships in enhanced technologies with higher academic establishments; combining elements such as Cybernetics, Bionics, Mechatronics, Autonomics, Animatronics & Teleoperation.
6- Admission will be free to the underprivileged. We hope to inspire the upcoming generation to create careers in responsible technologies that improve the quality of life.
