Aussie dislikes the heat, but she surely loves the wool quilt I brought back from Australia years ago. I just take the quilt our for a few days, and she leans on me every night, and every time she jump on bed, she will definitely takes the "woolly" area.

My mom says that's because she knows what her "mother country" feels like.

Seems she has a pretty good life when she is a baby.

A family enjoy a day by the sea.

Aussie with a leaf in his mouth. Both Bo and Aussie will pick things up and bring them to you. Leaves. Sticks. Rocks. Cow patties. I assume they have no taste buds.

I played with the curves and colors in photoshop. The main thing I wanted to bring out of this photo are the clouds and the sky.

The Hungry Jack's Aussie Burger: a beef patty, bacon, cheese, egg, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and beets. Dwight Schrute would be proud.

A beef and mushroom pie at the Aussie Pie Co in Seattle. Yes, we drove for 25 minutes but it was worth it for ANZAC day.

Assignment: Participants listened to the Australian tune "Home Among the Gum Trees" and designed a CD cover based on the words and melody.
