I love the Aussie. As it's name implies, it is from Australia. it can grow to enormous proportions. This is a photo of one grown by a customer. This was the first to ripen in his garden.
Today Steph and Russell invited us over for the day and Jessica and I spent the whole day being real Australians. We made bickies(cookies), PAVLOVA(seen above), watched rugby and spotted skippies! It was definitely one of my favorite days so far. So for the above desser you basically make a meringue as the base and cover it with whip cream and fruit. It was as delicious as it looks. Grandma you would be proud of me, I separated those egg whites with quite a bit of skill!
