The weekend of 20-22 May, 2011 was an anniversary event - the 70th of the invasion of Crete. I donned an Aussie getup and participated in this event with the help of John Comisky's RPS and Green Howards, and also the wonderful hospitality of the 39th AIB CHG).

We had brunch in the Banana Bender Pub on the Sunshine Coast. Part of Aussie World. What a fantastic place, full of Aussie memoribila and icons. The food and staff were brilliant as well. Bonza!
