Fresh off last night's photo-shoot session. Like what you see? ;-)
Strobist: Lit with 3 flash guns fired sequentially around the subject through brollies via voice-activated assistants. Camera set to bulb mode in pitch black.
Cheers!

I used to hate the rain, specially after living 3 years in Holland.... but now that I have met my friend HDR I actually enjoy it quite a bit, specially with some good clouds.
This was shot last night at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena California with my trusty P&S, handheld, and processed with Photomatix and Photoshop. Hope you are having a great week! and remember tomorrow is Colorado Bridge Friday! yeah!!
Dropped the roof on the TT and it's bone dry in there. Still loads of mould, but it's more like dust than growing. Brushed some of it off (careful not to breathe in) and it doesn't seem to have marked the interior much. Too nice a car to bin that's for sure, so gonna let some sun on it the next few days, then look to get it cleaned up and dried out. Will consider taking it to that specialist in Essex or see what we can do. Bodywork is in great condition and mechanically good to with only 90k on the clock. Gonna let the UV rays and wind blow through it for a few days first.

It took me a couple months to finally upload this, but only because I had so many other things going on. But it’s been so long since I actually uploaded a real car HDR shot, so here it is.
A couple months while a bunch of us gathered at dawn to shoot the sunrise, only to find fog. It was just before John had to leave that I suggested we shoot his Audi TT. So after some instructions, we went for it.
Jeff E was nice enough to get this shot of me in action and another person, probably Geoff, was nice enough to get this AWESOME video of me actually shooting in the middle of PCH. So most of my shoots are not as guerilla as this, but John has a nice car, and the clouds were right so… why not, right? It’s only PCH.
Hope you all are having a great Sunday. I’m off to the OC.

Thats why I like to walk along Blackpool Promenade!
Oval exhaust tip looking fairly exhausted (ah, puns). The white flakes aren't frost, but mud caked on from too much driving on country roads. If only farmers cleaned up after themselves eh?
Red 2003 Audi TT 3.2 Quattro - RE53 AVJ - seen at the German Car Show, Knockhill Racing Circuit, Scotland, 2016.

EXPLORE #223
First time with the lovely new Audi TT. I used the Canon flash transmitter to trigger two off-camera flashes (430EX to right of camera and 580EXII to left of camera) Both which were on light stands.
The only bad thing about this shot is that I didn't have time to lift up the second light stand to the right of the camera to get better lighting on the hood. Security guards were insisting that I finish quickly and leave.

I had a small window to shoot and limited locations I could get to but this roundabout proved a good place to capture cars in motion.
Go see my Vero page for more.
You can also head to my 52 week Instagram to see the alternative shots.
I post most frequently to my main Instagram and Vero so there are more photos there.
