Audi added a cabriolet version of the Audi 80 in 1991. Production lasted unti 2000, almost outliving the first Audi A4 that replaced the Audi 80 five years earlier.
Met zo'n Audi 80 in dezelfde kleur in 1989 mijn rijbewijs gehaald bij rijschool Gerrit Bos Emmercompascuum. Mooie Periode. Deze stond voor ons hotel in Egmond aan Zee. Nummerplaathouder van Tjeerdsma VW/Audi dealer destijds hier in Emmen/Stadskanaal. Geluksmomentje. Deze zag er perfect uit bouwjaar 1988.
