From the Archives: The Black Hole - a seller of atomic era surplus equipment from the Los Alamos National Laboratories; sadly closed down in 2018. Los Alamos, New Mexico, 2008
There is one store and one bar in Atomic City; the store no longer sells gasoline, due to new laws pertaining to its underground gas tanks. Most of the people who were raised in the town have now passed on, and many of the current residents are retired. There is an RV park on the south end of town with full hook-ups, and stock car races are held in the summer.pop.25

The Atomic Arrow is an extremely fast speeder bike named after its dart-like shape and neon-green glow. Equipped with a gamma fusion engine, hard-light stabilizer wings, and powerful thrusters, this lean, mean, racing machine was built for speed! You can see it here racing down the Nightline City Raceway at breakneck speeds piloted by its rider Jade Lightning.
This is my Nightline City entry for the Lego Speeder Bikes Racing League contest.

Capilla de Mosén Rubí de Ávila. En el siglo XV inició las obras de construcción Aldanza de Guzmán, y las continuó a su muerte su sobrina María Herrera hasta su terminación, ya en el XVI. Doña María nombró patrono a Diego de Bracamonte, quien muere decapitado por negarse a pagar los impuestos reales. Su hijo, Mosén Rubí, se hace cargo del patronazgo.
En 1565 un incendio destruyó gran parte del edificio, lo que justifica la diferencia de estilos que podemos observar: el ábside gótico tardío de planta poligonal, portada renacentista con columnas y arco de medio punto rematado en cornisa con balaustrada, nave renacentista con planta de cruz griega, cubierta con bóveda semiplana que recoge el sepulcro de los fundadores, retablo barroco de tres cuerpos,... 1950s/1960s vintage atomic light switch cover. Cool 50s/60 retro amoeba shape. I think it was either Teak or Walnut. These were at an Estate Sale and I wanted these so BAD, but they were $11 each - and there was a bidding war for them, so I had to pass. Sorry for the super bad picture quality, it was taken with a cell phone camera.
