This is looking straight up out of a 'pit' that we named the bellybutton or Alts'a. It was carved by the wind, in the rocks shown in the previous picture. Fort Defiance, Arizona. this is the whole hole, it's a pit, not a window. If you squint or look at the large version you can see my tripod on the rim, I didn't carry it down with me. This is a 'manual HDR', in that I took several photos at diff't exposures and then blended them...

the 12-24 has been mostly shelved in favour of the 50 and 90mms. so i took a chance and grabbed a setup shot for a series of products we shot today for final year assignment.
ultra-crude light tent made of 7 sheets of white chart paper supported on 4 wooden poles inserted into discarded pepsi cartons, rested on a glass sheet(only to make the surface even - not for reflections) 2 lights are used, a prolite 3500 (125ws) softbox as seen, placed at diff angles(well about 2 or 3) for different effects and different products, and a sb-26 at various angles to further lower the contrast or to provide background separation.
Took this bout an hour ago. Shot off a whole bunch at diff exposures and this was this best of the bunch (I reckon). Shot from just before mission bay.
Taken at same place, same date at diff time...hay i feel so bored. . im tired of night life and smb gmicks na tag ulan na kse eh so I prefer staying home during weekends, kaya I’m back to one of my hobbies, that includes photo layout design.

But the arial view is eye-catchy and is a feast for your eyes.
