The uncertainties are sufficiently large to permit the composition and one of the component expanded fill the area inside..

As part of my ongoing "2" series, this whimsical piece took me on a journey quite different than I'd planned. I'm a Wizard of Oz freak, and was originally going toward a sort of dark piece on the ruby slippers, but as I began layering and exploring I was fighting with the idea of being so dark and decided I wanted the piece to be more fun. After all, my 2 series is all about optimism.

This is the damn thing that started it all. It's a WWII era surplus sea-mine casing that served the last 50 years as a rural propane tank. The scrap metal transfer station said I could have it free if I rolled it to the road by myself. (It was pushing 104 degrees F that day). I almost puked, but I wanted it so bad. It smelled HORRIBLE inside, but it was (and is) so cool.
