Making bread is more creative type of baking ... you don't have adhere to measurements and time and your creative substitutions may actually improve the taste of the original recipe. You still have to understand the science of making bread, but once you do, you can create your own bread with excellent flavors.
This was to be another apartment development in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter and things looked promising when construction began, but not long after, the credit crunch hit which brought everything to a halt. 3 years later, nothing's changed.
Before we left the village of Zekuy, I was asked to photograph this man and his art. I was always warmed by the pride people in the villages had in their artisans.

This soap smells like a delicious mix of spices: almond, allspice, anise, cinnamon and nutmeg. Made with coffee infusion, ground coffee, cinnamon, vanilla and coffee beans.
