It's Arty... and it's Yummy
An emisphere of Prosecco Jelly , Pannacotta and Strawberry embraced by flaming sweet waffle...presented on a golden caramel nest.
The dessert was presented as part of a short novel by nottepress.blogspot.com at one event in #ivrea at Spazio Arte Giovani and #salonedellibro international of #torino.

We have a great Middle Eastern Confectionary Shop (I think it is Lebanese) where one can purchase all kinds of sweet delicacies. My favourite of course is Baklava, but for a kid this cake would surely be the favourite. It is a real work of Art. Shame to eat and destroy it, lol!
Here is the cake for the winning bidder at the Southwest HIV/Aids fundraiser. IMI Design Studio of Scottsdale needed a cake for their new studio open house.
The inspiration was the Warhol flower and Calder shapes. Each side of the cake is a different color - pink, lime green, yellow and orange. Their logo/mascot is in the background. This photo was taken by their office manager. I LOVE this photo...thanks Luke!
