Não existe uma hierarquia entre os orixás, nenhum possui mais axé que o outro, apenas Oxalá, que representa o patriarca da religião e é o orixá mais velho, goza de certa primazia. Contudo, se preciso fosse escolher um orixá todo-poderoso, quem, senão Xangô para assumir esse papel?

Ogum(Ògún) é o orixá da guerra, da coragem, o protetor dos templos, das casas, dos caminhos e deus dos metais. Precede os outros orixás, vindo logo após Exú, e recebe também parte dos sacrifícios dos outros orixás pois foi quem que forjou o obé (faca usada nos rituais para oferendas de sacrifícios).
Era um guerreiro que brigava sem cessar contra os reinos vizinhos. Dessas expedições, ele trazia sempre um rico espólio e numerosos escravos.

Saving the best ones for the end stretch here.. I liked the variety here, as the endless variety of these birds. Shout out to my amazing mom, its her birthday today 1/23 Happy Birthday mom! Love ya
I have lots of memories growing up & always looking out of the kitchen window, where my mom often kept a hummingbird feeder. I remember a few that would stop and look at me & kind of say hello when I would wave to them.
