Arnala beach is in Virar around 60 kms from Bombay, ideal to chill-out on weekends, its still somewhat clean and isolated compared to beaches in Bombay.

Though lately its been in news for various drowning cases,

it looks calm from the surface but has very deep undercurrents running below

We arrive back at the beach waiting for the boat to take us back to the mainland. The village kids gather around admiring the bikes and probably wondering what kind of weird species we are that have brought our cycles... not the normal tourists they see here I'm sure
