Finally, after over a year and many promises, here is my version of Arkham Asylum.
There’s no need for many explanations here in this text, because I designed an 82-page Making-of-book that explain every little step. And the best part: It’s for free.

This creation is loosely based on several of the Batman Video Game Funhouses. The Funhouse is built with three "levels" to allow for three separate Batman and Robin scenes. Think of it as a story telling progression from left to right.

Halloween is close, my most favourite day of the year. Since there are only three days left, I begin a countdown. I’ll post one preview picture of my version of Arkham Asylum each day. I started working on this MOC – which is similar in size to the Daily Planet – in July this year and will hopefully finish it this winter.
Really there's no one better than Bats to kick off my 2013 Stream. Hope everyone had a happy and safe New Year's.

Today, it’s a MOC I made for a contest of my RLUG (Briques-Mulsanne : www.facebook.com/briquemulsanne).
The theme was "Nurse" on a sixteen by sixteen plate ... I had Harley quinn in mind and so there you go! A scene in arkham asylum at the medical center!
This MOC was a pretext to experiment new building techniques for my real Asylum!

The Arkham duo together... But a lot of work has to be done on the Asylum one to make it look really accurate. Now I'm not quite happy with the overall proportions. I'm also thinking about switching to the speed champions style mudguards and bigger wheels to make it look meaner and bigger. What do you think?
Also it's an interesting scale experiment - 7 wide in the front, 4 in the middle and 8 in the back. I don't make things easy for me 😃
