Florence is the most beautiful City i've ever been to, it's literally a piece of art... can't believe how much i long to visit it again...
Aerial view of the famous 'Strip' in Las Vegas, NV, USA. This is a photo of a poster that I took in mall through the store window. I do not know when this areal view was taken but it shows some of the best known casinos and how the strip winds and curves for quite a distance. I think that it is an older poster because there are so many new casinos which do not show here.
NB: This is my photo of a Poster, taken through a souvenir store window in the 'Miracle Mile Shops' which is a huge mall located on 'The Strip' in Las Vegas, NV.

Gurudwara Dera Sahib Shrine of Guru Arjan Dev (1563 - 1606 A.D) known as Gurudwara Dera Sahib is situated opposite Lahore Fort near Badshahi Mosque, Lahore, Pakistan.
The Gurudwara was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh in the memory of Guru Arjan Dev the fifth Sikh Guru, who compiled the Adi Granth, the principal part of Sikh scriptures.
The Bell Tower in Split provides a great view over the old city located in the Diocletian palace and the modern city beyond the palace walls.
Split is a city in Central Dalmatia, Croatia. The city was originally built around the Diocletian palace where the locals sought refuge centuries ago. Wandering the historic centre of Split you can still clearly see the Roman walls, squares, and temples.
On the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I was so busy snapping photos as we left Honolulu International headed for Kauai, that I thought I had inadvertently taken a photo of Diamond Head. It had been raining, so I felt fortunate to get this picture through the cloud breaks.
Gadani is a beach on the Arabian Sea. It is near the Hub River and Cape Monze in Gadani, Lasbela District, Baluchistan, Pakistan.
Besides fish harbor and the ship breaking yard it is also a picnic point and many people -mostly from Karachi pay there visits, particularly during the summer time.

As a result, QU has been successful in attracting a large number of distinguished scholars, researchers, and faculty members from other Arab countries and beyond.
We, Tadmur, have three on-going projects there at QU and as a part of Project Photography, I could catch this too.

Giant Spider Sculpture "Maman" by French sculptor Louise Bourgeois in the Turbine Hall of Tate Modern Art Gallery, London.
Gallery visitors swarm like ants beneath the spider sculpture's eight huge stainless steel legs.The imposing alien looking sculpture is approx 10 metres high and carries a sac of marble eggs beneath it.
Bourgeois also created 6 bronze casts of Maman.

The Badshahi Mosque (Urdu: بادشاھی مسجد) or the 'King's Mosque' in Lahore, commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in 1671 and completed in 1673, is the second largest mosque in Pakistan and South Asia and the fifth largest mosque in the world. Epitomising the beauty, passion and grandeur of the Mughal era, it is Lahore's most famous landmark and a major tourist attraction.
Capable of accommodating 5,000 worshippers in its main prayer hall and a further 95,000 in its courtyard and porticoes, it remained the largest mosque in the world from 1673 to 1986 (a period of 313 years), when overtaken in size by the completion of the Faisal Mosque in Islamabad. Today, it remains the second largest mosque in Pakistan and South Asia and the fifth largest mosque in the world after the Masjid al-Haram (Grand Mosque) of Mecca, the Al-Masjid al-Nabawi (Prophet's Mosque) in Medina, the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca and the Faisal Mosque in Islamabad.
To appreciate its large size, the four minarets of the Badshahi Mosque are 13.9 ft (4.2 m) taller than those of the Taj Mahal and the main platform of the Taj Mahal can fit inside the 278,784 sq ft (25,899.9 m2) courtyard of the Badshahi Mosque, which is the largest mosque courtyard in the world.
In 1993, the Government of Pakistan recommended the inclusion of the Badshahi Mosque as a World Heritage Site in UNESCO's World Heritage List, where it has been included in Pakistan's Tentative List for possible nomination to the World Heritage List by UNESCO

Gwadar ( Pashtoگوادر) also known as Godar (in the southern Pashto accent) is a developing port city on the southwestern Arabian Sea coast of Pakistan. It is the district headquarters of Gwadar District in Balochistan province and has a population of approximately 50,000.
Gwadar is strategically located at the apex of the Arabian Sea and at the mouth of the Gulf of Oman. The city's strategic, warm-water, deep-sea Gwadar Port was completed in 2007. The port is 47 feet (14 m) deep and handles the largest cargo ships to Pakistan. The city is emerging as a trade hub and a transit for Chinese oil imports. The city has also been taking an increasing role in China's String of Pearls.
Gwadar is one of the few planned cities in Pakistan (others being Faisalabad, Jauharabad, and Islamabad), which have been developed from scratch under an urban master plan. Before development, the town was only a fishing village.
