I was taking pictures in front of their faces with a 50mm lens.
But how could they not know that?
I decided to call this phenomenon “Zero Awareness Zone.”

Today's children's play areas are built ultra safe, too safe some say. Some of the ones we had when growing up were almost life threatening, I remember kids were always getting hurt.
This brings back a few memories, interesting article.
The redesign of the Delft train station started in 1999. The project's goal was to move the two tracks underground in order to reduce noise pollution in the tiny, quaint city centre. In 2015 the new station building opened and trains ran successfully through the new tunnels. By 2020, they aim to have the old infrastructure (platforms and viaduct) removed.
At the same time, the city wants to restore the canal which used to run along side the old tracks. This is a huge project and something only the Dutch could handle with such ease. Seriously impressive.
This is the view from the rear of the station area, facing the city centre. The building in the mid-ground is the old station hall which was in operation from 1847 until 2015.

Just west of St. Louis, Missouri is a group of lakes called the Busch conservatino area. This is the most photographed of the lakes, Lake 33.

Visited what I would consider to be the most beautiful conservation area I've ever been to in Southern Ontario. If you're willing to trek up the rather steep slopes to the top of the limestone escarpment, you are treated to this magnificent view of the Eramosa River and surrounding countryside. Reminds me very much of Georgian Bay.
