ARCHITEXTURE PROJECT - SEPTEMBER 2011.
This is my final piece for my Architexutre project. This brief was all about textures and architecuture.
My piece is based on the work of Antoni Gaudi and inspired by his architecture of the 'Sagrada Famila'.
I used PVA glue onto my material and wrap it into a peak shape leaving it to dry solid. This made the texture very rough and hard. I used water coloured paints to make it look weathered and melted hot wax onto it to make it look like rain.
I then added more material at the bottom of the sculpture adding pieces of material, spray painted to look like moss and mold.
