The main idea is to travel through the history of Lima. The park is divided into five parts according to the Lima's five historical periods (the Limas, the Waris, the Ychmas, the Incas and the contemporary period).
Each part represents the characteristics of the relevant era. Therefore, in the first period (Lima) forms, materials and even the functions have been inspired the design of the platforms and the stage of the amphitheater. In the second part, water, fog and the spiral path remind the ambiguity of the Waris era.
The third part comprise of a combination of 15 pyramids and connecting ramps retrieved from the architecture of the Ychmas. The 2km long road provides a place for parades and carnivals. The rising elements, detailed artworks and picturesque gardens represent the period of the Incas. The Sun Plaza and the Machu Picchu Garden are designed to celebrate their power and glory.
The space near the national museum is conceived with modern sculptures, high-tech elements and exquisite details to produce an image of the future Peru.

Ésta edificación constituye dentro de un marco de tiempo, elementos organizables cuya concepción responde a un programa previamente identificado que le otorga a cada unidad generativa, características únicas de acuerdo a su posición y accionar en el conjunto.

Tres estrellas que generan puntos de veneración: Artur + Altair + Antares. Su reflejo a las 00:00 horas cada 24 de Junio da inicio al Inti Raymi.
Edificios multifamiliares con techos verdes para una invercia térmica equilibrada, viviendas de un nivel y viviendas compactas con comercio en el primer nuvel y techo a dos aguas |NO| |SE| que desvían los vientos y distribuyen el agua de las lluvias a los corredores verdes del master plan, establecidos por tolas, según la cosmovisión campesina en Jayllihuaya, distanciados 1.5m cada uno logrando disminuir el enfriamiento en la zona inferior; también se utiliza el pisonay, según la veneración de la cosmovisión de Jayllihuaya, utilizados para disminuir el enfriamiento en la zona superior.
Todas las viviendas están orientadas al NE, enterradas 1m. favoreciendo la obtención y conservación de calor, ampliando la mayor absorción de energía utilizando perovskita, un panel solar en spray echa por células fotovoltaicas que captan la radiación solar.

The groundworks and ground floor envelopes of the estate are well underway. Repetition of materials throughout the scheme is beginning to occur.
I recently re-visited a town I know very well, Halstead. A place that is currently undergoing many new changes in the landscape, particularly around the greenfield fringes of the town, including the development of multiple housing estates which are located on land which was previously used for agriculture. These estates, including the one I've just visited (below) raise a whole host of questions about the future of the town, but also as a nation, questions about our ever-diminishing relationship with the rural landscape and nature. Should we continue to pave over the countryside? Build now, think later - I think not.
